Refund and Cancellation Policy

Recurring Stripe Subscriptions

Stripe subscriptions renew at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel before the next renewal using any Stripe manage-subscription link made available to you or the verified support process. Unless the cancellation confirmation says otherwise, access remains available through the already-paid billing period and ends after that period. Submit cancellation before the displayed renewal time to avoid the next charge.

A clear cancellation request is effective when received through the verified support channel, subject to account verification. Keep the cancellation confirmation. A failed payment, card replacement, charge dispute, or deletion request is not a reliable substitute for cancellation.

Launch Payment Scope

Pulse at $49/month and Pro at $149/month are recurring subscriptions purchased through Stripe Checkout. Stripe may display card, Link, or compatible wallet methods based on eligibility for the checkout session.

Stablecoin checkout is unavailable at launch and marked coming later. Do not send blockchain assets expecting member access. Any payment terms for a future stablecoin offering will be disclosed before that offering becomes available and do not apply to the current Stripe-only purchase flow.

Refund Request Window

Submit a refund request within 7 calendar days after the applicable Stripe charge. We review requests individually. This request window does not limit any refund, cancellation, or cooling-off right that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

When a Refund May Be Approved

• A duplicate payment for the same member and access period.
• A Stripe renewal charged after we received and verified a timely cancellation request.
• Access was not delivered because of a verified KaliTrader service or entitlement error and was not restored within a reasonable period.
• The payment was unauthorized and the claim is supported by provider or account evidence.
• A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Requests Generally Not Eligible

• Trading losses, missed opportunities, market movement, or disagreement with an RSI or historical read.
• Dissatisfaction with a WAIT result, stale-data safeguard, confidence level, support/resistance level, or other good-faith decision-support output.
• Failure to cancel a Stripe subscription before renewal when the service and cancellation method remained available.
• Bank, card-issuer, wallet-provider, currency-conversion, or other third-party fees outside KaliTrader's control.
• Account sharing, abuse, fraud, prohibited use, or a request made outside the stated window, except where law requires otherwise.

How to Request a Refund

Send the request through the secure support form. Choose whether you need a refund or only want to stop a future subscription renewal; these are handled as separate requests.

Use the email where support should reply and give a short description of the payment and requested outcome. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, full card details, or identity documents. Support will request the minimum verification needed in a separate reply.

Approved Refunds

Stripe refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Posting time is controlled by Stripe, card networks, banks, wallet providers, and other payment providers.

Refunded access may be revoked or shortened. If only part of a charge is refunded, we will state the associated access adjustment. We may pause a refund while investigating fraud, sanctions, ownership, chargeback, or duplicate payment concerns.

Charge Disputes

Contact support first so we can investigate. Filing a chargeback does not itself cancel future subscription renewals. We may suspend access associated with a disputed or reversed payment while the provider reviews it.
