KaliTrader
Terms of Service
Effective July 17, 2026 (version 2026-07-17)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of KaliTrader, Kali ZION, Kali ZION RSI, related member pages, data feeds, proof records, alerts, exports, and support services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by AllocaFi Digital / KaliTrader ("KaliTrader," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the Service for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You may not use the Service where access, payment, market-data use, event contracts, digital assets, or related activity is prohibited by law.
Service and Entitlements
The Service provides market intelligence and decision-support features that can include BTC 15-minute UP, DOWN, or WAIT context; RSI checkpoint and timeframe reads; active market targets and target cushion; historical support and resistance; confidence, agreement, reason labels, proof ledgers, alerts, exports, and API or data access. Features, freshness, delay, limits, and availability depend on the plan and current system state.
A paid entitlement is the plan and access period attached to your member record after payment verification. Entitlements are personal or limited to the approved organization, are not transferable, and may not be resold, shared, or used beyond the displayed plan rights. Payment alone does not grant rights to source code, proprietary models, unrestricted scraping, public redistribution, or resale of data.
Decision Support Only; No Advice or Guarantee
KaliTrader is not acting as your broker, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, exchange, custodian, wallet provider, or financial planner. The customer-facing Service does not execute trades or control your broker, exchange, event-market, or wallet account. You are solely responsible for independent research, position sizing, account security, legal eligibility, taxes, and every decision to trade or not trade.
Markets are volatile and can move before, during, or after a displayed checkpoint. Inputs can be unavailable, delayed, stale, incomplete, incorrectly mapped, or wrong. Models can fail, regimes can change, and historical, simulated, paper, or backtested results do not predict future performance. You can lose some or all amounts placed at risk and may incur fees, taxes, slippage, outages, or other losses.
Reading Service Outputs
A target is a reference threshold for the current market card, not a forecast, entry, stop, or take-profit level. Cushion is the direction-adjusted distance between current price and that target. Checkpoints are time-stamped observations and may change across a 15-minute window. Historical support and resistance are estimated zones, not barriers. WAIT means no qualified directional read is being presented. A stale or delayed label means the card should not be treated as current. See the Help Center for additional definitions.
Accounts and Security
Provide accurate account information and keep your email, session, device, payment account, and wallet secure. You are responsible for activity under your member record except to the extent caused by our breach or prohibited by law. Notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We will never ask for your full card number, CVV, private key, wallet seed phrase, or wallet recovery phrase.
Fees and Payment
Prices, plan features, billing intervals, taxes, and access periods are shown at checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to process the selected payment and maintain records needed to provide the entitlement, prevent fraud, reconcile invoices, and meet legal obligations.
Recurring Stripe subscriptions
A Stripe subscription renews at the interval and amount disclosed at checkout until canceled. By completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges to the selected payment method, including applicable taxes. Cancel before the next renewal using an available Stripe subscription-management link or the verified support process. Unless stated otherwise in the cancellation confirmation, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Failed, disputed, reversed, or past-due payments can restrict or suspend access.
One-time stablecoin access
A stablecoin invoice purchases only the fixed access term displayed and does not auto-renew. You must send the exact token and amount on the exact network to the current invoice address. Activation requires blockchain confirmations and automatic or manual verification. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible; we cannot cancel or reverse a submitted transfer. Wrong-network, wrong-token, wrong-address, expired-invoice, underpayment, overpayment, or wallet-mismatch cases may require manual review and may not be recoverable.
KaliTrader does not hold your private keys or maintain a customer stablecoin balance. Transaction hashes and wallet addresses are public blockchain records. Any approved stablecoin refund is a separate transfer and may involve network fees, address verification, and compliance review.
Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds
Cancellation stops future Stripe renewal but does not automatically refund a completed charge. One-time stablecoin access has no recurring subscription to cancel. Refund eligibility, request timing, processing, and access changes are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, sanctioned, or fraudulent activity.
- Share credentials or entitlements, bypass plan limits, scrape or redistribute data beyond your plan, or resell the Service without written permission.
- Attempt unauthorized access, probe security, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, or evade access controls.
- Reverse engineer proprietary portions of the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Misrepresent a Service output as guaranteed, personalized advice, an official trade instruction, or a result achieved by you.
- Use alerts, exports, APIs, or social publishing in violation of provider rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or applicable law.
Third-Party Services and Availability
The Service depends on market-data sources, blockchains, RPC providers, Stripe, hosting, analytics, social platforms, browsers, networks, and other third parties. Their terms and outages may affect your use. Links and integrations do not mean we control or endorse a third party. We may change, limit, delay, suspend, or discontinue any feature, plan, source, asset, checkpoint, or integration. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
Intellectual Property
KaliTrader and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, branding, software, interfaces, models, methods, compilations, and documentation. Subject to these Terms and your entitlement, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or approved internal business use. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us the rights needed to host, process, secure, and support it.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes collection and handling of member data, Stripe identifiers, stablecoin invoice and wallet data, transaction hashes, cookies and sessions, analytics, support records, and connected-platform data. The Data Deletion Instructions explain how to request deletion.
Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access for nonpayment, charge reversal, security risk, abuse, legal or provider requirements, or a material breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and a chance to cure. You may stop using the Service at any time, but stopping use does not itself cancel recurring billing.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, timeliness, and uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaliTrader and its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, and providers will not be liable for trading or market losses, loss of opportunity, loss of data, payment-provider or blockchain failures, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Service. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid KaliTrader for the affected Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify KaliTrader from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, violation of these Terms, infringement, account sharing, or content you submit. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.
Changes and General Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date and providing additional notice where required. Material changes apply prospectively. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated policies are the agreement between you and KaliTrader concerning the Service unless a separate written agreement applies.
Contact
Use the verified channel described on the Support page for questions, cancellation, payment disputes, security reports, or legal notices. Include the member email and relevant receipt, invoice, or transaction identifier, but never include a private key, seed phrase, password, full card number, or CVV.
